FAQ's

How long will my order take?

Depending on holidays and events orders are fulfilled between 1-2 days. All orders are coming from South FL so if you are in the state, you will get your order in 2-3 business days. Anywhere outside the state, you should expect your package to be received in 3-7 business days. 

Can I exchange it for a different size?

Yes! We will approve of exchange/ refund as long as the hygienic liner and tags are still attached. If items show any sign of wear we will not accept your return/exchange. 

Can I return or exchange final sale items?

We will not accept a return or exchange of these precious gems. In order to keep the flow of trends and collections going smoothly.
